The first time you meet Jun and Peter, you’d never imagine how emotional their wedding would be. Well, at least for Peter. Underneath the tough exterior of this tattoo artist was a soft, tender-hearted teddy-bear-of-a-man that waited until his wedding day and couldn’t hold it in any longer. When he saw his beautiful bride in that white dress for the first time, the tears started flowing and didn’t seem to stop. Good thing he held it in for a little while so we could take some portraits of the stunning couple before it all starting coming again!

When Jun’s mother walked her daughter down the aisle, Peter’s waterworks started all over again. One of our favorite moments of the day was right after they had been pronounced husband and wife, and in that moment of pure bliss, Peter completely lost it. And his loving wife didn’t hesitate to turn away from all the cameras and guests to share that touching moment with her new hubby. It was so sweet!

Months of hard work and late nights paid off for Jun when she saw all her handmade details fall into place on the wedding day. Soft lavender and ivory details, paired with delicate peonies and white porcelain accents, graced her tables with an air of fresh, springtime elegance. Certainly this was not Peter’s doing (the girliness of it all probably gave it away), but he did contribute his artistic skills by drawing a most amazing fingerprint tree for their guests to sign!

It was a magical day for the happy couple, and a very pretty one at that! We, of course, were thrilled to have been able to spend so much time with the newlyweds and our cameras, and soaked in all the joy of that day. Congratulations, Jun and Peter!
