When the big day finally arrives, all you hope for is that your months of planning lead to a picture-perfect wedding. So when we arrived at Michelle and Daniel’s wedding, we found every tabletop and corner of the room personalized with all the things that they loved (although, I’m pretty sure it was more Michelle and less Daniel). Aside from the cute details and fun accents, they even chose an incredible location for their pre-ceremony photo shoot at the old Mission San Juan Capistrano, which, for us photographers, was love at first sight!

It was a gorgeous day and an even more gorgeous place for Michelle and Daniel to see each other for the first time on their wedding day. Mission San Juan Capistrano, with all its aged architecture, rich textures, and history written into the walls, felt like a world removed, a place were time stood still. And in that magical place, our bride and groom looked absolutely fabulous. Oh, how we wished we could have stayed there all day!

This wedding was the end of a long journey of cross-country flights, long-distance phone calls, and all the ups and downs of a long-distance relationship—it was certainly a reason to celebrate! But to remind everyone of their journey thus far, Michelle and Daniel incorporated little travel details throughout the wedding, including numbering each table as airport gates!

The newlyweds entered the reception with their light-up glasses (which Wayne still thinks is the coolest thing ever) ready to party the night away. Even the youngest member of the bridal party didn’t hesitate to hit up the dance floor and make this a night to remember. What a way to celebrate this new beginning!
