New York Wedding Photos at the Foundry
Alright, folks. Get ready to feast your eyes on one of the most beautiful weddings of the year. We have always loved when brides and grooms break out of the box of traditional weddings, who see potential in non-conventional spaces, and put together a team of stellar vendors to make this magical day happen. When Megan and Alex invited us to join their wedding team at The Foundry in Long Island City, we were stoked! Not only was this one of our favorite venues of all time, we were thrilled to spend a day with this adorable couple who couldn’t wait a moment more to tie the knot. Judging by the looks on their faces that morning, I’d say they were ecstatic that this day was finally here!

The Ravel Hotel, just around the corner from The Foundry, features an amazing rooftop view of the Queens Borough Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. We couldn’t think of a better place for Megan and Alex to see each other for the first time on their wedding day! After their sweet encounter, we took a pleasant stroll over to The Foundry, basking in the warm glow of the late-afternoon sun, surrounded by ivy-laden walls of summer’s green goodness. A stunning array of florals by Stone Kelly greeted us inside under a sky full of string lights strung across the balcony, which just made this day even more magical.
Let me just say, we are head-over-heels for this wedding! Every detail was picture perfect, and the courtyard was transformed into a lush, serene, and charmingly rustic dinner party. The newly weds joined everyone outside to start the celebrations with a casual, family-style dinner, and kick-started the dance floor inside under what looked like a starlit sky. The day ended as sweetly as it had begun, with a delicious display of Megan and Alex’s favorite desserts, and of course, moments that they will never forget. Mazel tov!
